Property Program

This program involves the group purchase of commercial insurance. It provides $300 Million in coverage to the participants. The coverage is subject to a deductible of $25,000 and there is no annual aggregate. Premiums are based on property values. The rate is negotiated each year. Participation in this program is voluntary.
