General Liability

This is an occurrence based risk retention program which utilizes some commercial reinsurance. It provides $40 Million in coverage to the participants. The coverage is subject to a retained limit of either $500,000 or $1 Million and there is no annual aggregate, except for certain types of claims. Member contributions are based on payroll. The rate is established annually through an actuarial study. Participation in this program is mandatory.
